We aim to make treatment for adults with eating disorders more local, connected, and efficient

The Thames Valley Specialised Adult Eating Disorder Provider Collaborative, also known as HOPE (Healthy Outcomes for People with Eating disorders), provides the highest level of patient care for adults with an eating disorder.

Building compassionate, flexible eating disorder care across our communities

Working together across the region, we are investing in high‑quality, inclusive support for adults with eating disorders who need specialised care. The aim is for this to be available closer to home, offering greater choice, and designed around people’s individual needs.

By improving therapeutic environments, offering flexible alternatives to inpatient care, further strengthening transitions between services, and investing in a skilled, supported workforce, we are working together to ensure adults receive timely, personalised care that truly supports their recovery.

Our vision

Our vision is to improve outcomes for patients accessing specialised adult eating disorder services.

Working in partnership across the Thames Valley, we will ensure all services deliver safe, effective and efficient patient care and represent the best value for money.

We will do this as close to a patient’s home, and with the least restrictions, as possible.
