We are a group of NHS organisations working together to improve mental health care. By focusing on our patients and their wider circumstances, our care enables them to recover and thrive close to their home, friends, family and as part of their community.
With oversight for quality, safeguarding and governance, we enable delivery of high-quality specialist care for adults with eating disorders. Savings we make are reinvesting into different care pathways e.g. Step Care. Through linked up community healthcare services and support systems, we ensure the best possible care can be provided for those with eating disorders.

By working collaboratively, we:
Provide day admission services to reduce unnecessary inpatient stays. When local resident James became unwell, he was able to attend hospital as a day patient for daily intensive support. Attending several times a week, returning home each evening to spend time with his family and friends. James was discharged as a day patient when well enough and supported by his local adult eating disorder community team.
Help people leave hospital and return home when well enough, following inpatient care. Our case managers work with patients, hospital wards and partner agencies to ensure Step Care or community services are available to support and maintain their recovery, avoiding future hospitalisations.
Led by Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, we aim to make treatment for adults with eating disorders more local, connected, and efficient, ensuring the support they need is available closer to home and in ways that reduce the need for hospital stays.
